We will develop practical strategies for immediate symptom relief as well a long term resolutions. In therapy we will focus on your strengths and abilities, your "super powers" to develop tools to rebuild , recover, or grow into a life better worth living . Therapy will assist you in organizing and making sense out of past traumas as well as current day situations that are having an impact on your current emotions, behavior , sense of control over your relationships, employment , household and parenting .
